Rather than use a file sharing program, why not just request songs here? Can the RIAA do anything

Rather than use a file sharing program, why not just request songs here? Can the RIAA do anything?
Ok, I admit I haven't read the community guidelines but I don't like the idea of installing Limewire or a similar program on my computer and I like the idea of the RIAA trying to sue me (good luck music nazis, I live in Cambodia now) even less. What would happen if someone just asks the question: "Does anyone have this song (insert song title here) and could you please email it to me?" I have over 30,000 mp3s and would be happy to email anything to anyone who asked. Heck, I email songs to friends all the time. This is a very simple form of file sharing but the RIAA can't do a darned thing about it... unless they are illegally monitoring the contents of my emails ;-) Oh... by the way, this question is not about the legality or ethics of file sharing. If you want to comment on that, ask your own damn question.

How much is the minimum per month a Canadian man would be legally compelled to pay in child support

How much is the minimum per month a Canadian man would be legally compelled to pay in child support?
I live in Cambodia with my 7-year-old. My ex ran back to Canada a few months after the birth. Now he sends maybe US$10 a month, often nothing - the most he has provided is US$150 for a month. I want to know how much my baby is being shortchanged. He lives in Toronto, Ontario. I live in Cambodia with my 7-year-old. My ex ran back to Canada a few months after the birth. I am working three jobs to keep my kid in the best school I can. It's too much, I can't do it any more. I'm too tired. But I can't afford a lawyer or time off work to chase him.

It depends on how much he makes, $10 is def not enough by any means though. A friend of mine gets $400 from her ex every month.

Trailer park Betty said it best!

I know that within Canada there are enforceable standards, but in your case, I'm not sure which countries' child support laws would apply. You should consult a lawyer to find out what your rights are.
4 :
The law is the same worldwide, the minimum is nothing, but the maximum is that his income could be garnished up to thirty percent. The one thing that does differ worldwide is what they take into account when making that decision, but the rule is 0%-30%.
5 :
a little bit more than a asian man,but a little less than a welsh man
6 :
It all depends on many different factors. How much he is making and the Canadian laws. Cause you can have the courts here contact the courts up there to see if they allow such deductions. Please do not forget the different rates in currency. But it all depends on his gross, so that is hard to determine.
7 :
There is probably absolutely zero legal compulsion on him as he is not liable under Canadian law for a child in Cambodia, and Cambodian law is unlikely to cover Canada...
8 :
the child support would by the law in cambodia where the child lives...if u want to fight for child support under canadian law the child would have to have been born here and resided here for a period of time just because the father is canadian does not make him have to follow the canadian law of child support, it would be support according to the law of where the child resides so find out what the child support is in cambodia and im sorry to tell you, if hes in canada and ur in cambodia, u can get an order for him to pay in cambodia but its not going to affect him in the least in canada, there is jurisdiction problems and canadian courts are just going to say they have no jurisidction over a child in cambodia sorry
9 :
Actually I know this, I just looked it up. It's a formula based on how much he makes, it's pretty black and white and in five minutes with a calculator you can tell the child support levels in Canada for a divorce. http://www.attorneygeneral.jus.gov.on.ca/english/family/divorce/support/ Here is the link for Ontario. It's WAY above $150/month.

Any expertise of Snowy Owl??? I have question

Any expertise of Snowy Owl??? I have question?
Can a snowy owl be raise in Hot Weather, like 28C or 30C. I live in Cambodia and I want a Snowy Owl as a pet, would it be possible? Do you have to raise 'em in pair or you can just raise one. Well, I have no bad intentions, it's just that I used to raised a lot of wild animals, my friend's dad, was a tree-seller, you know those who cut tree from the wild to sell but there weren't any tree or wood conservation yet and every time he came back from the wild, he always brings strange (I used to called them) animals home, like Snake, Turtle, Wild Dove (They beautiful, since they all white), and fox, and a lot of other animals. I have them in my care for years before they die of old age, but some I let them go if see that they aren't happy. When I raise animal, I always locked them up in a cage for about 2 or 3 months, just for them to remember home and after that I'll let them go, some of them do come back but some doesn't. I always fine with it, If it's not happy to stay, there's nothing i can do. I really do love snowy owl. But I'll be moving to Texas soon, will there be snow there? Can I raise an owl there?

Please forget having raptors as pets. You have to have permits and special equipment along with loads of know how that doesn't come from reading books!
2 :
This is Not the type bird one owns as a pet. Please consider a real pet and not a wild animal There are FEW who have the proper set up and know how to properly care for and keep one of these birds. Why would you want to get a wild animal and keep it as a pet? Do you have a clue hop much room and time and care these animals need? It is not a pet you can keep in a cage in a house or your room

ADD/EDIT: IF YOU ARE MOVING TO USA you should be aware that is against the law to keep our native birds in captivity no matter how well intended your motives are. My answer before was based on your statement that you live in Cambodia. To legally keep any bird of prey (like an owl) you must obtain a falconer's license. This takes years of training as an apprentice w an already licensed falconer. If you are granted a permit by both federal & state wildlife agencies you will have your mews (housing for your birds) inspected and be subject to many legal guidelines. The license doesn't actually allow you to "own" the bird but rather gives you permission to hold the animal as long as you remain "in good standing" with all agencies that keep track of falconers. As you can see, it's quite involved. We all love snowy owls. That's why we want them to remain in the wild where they belong, where they are part of our thriving, natural ecosystem. They are not pets. Sourced below are two facilities, one in Canada, one in USA. I'm familiar with both places from my wildlife rehab days. They likely won't encourage your endeavor but if you contact them they may explain some of the concerns associated w keeping these birds. Both facilities have decades of experience caring for owls that have been kept as "pets" and then dumped (discarded) by their owners. If you acquire these birds please have an experienced vet ready to help you when health issues and injuries occur (they will).
4 :
You really must read Wesley the Owl. You will learn a lot from the author. She is a biologist who was asked to raise an owl that had nerve damage to one wing and could never be released. It's a fairly short book and very interesting.
5 :
having a raptor is not a good idea for a pet. snowy owls must live in pairs or else they will die of a broken heart. literally, a broken heart and from being lonely. those birds live kin the wild and do not do well in hot climates, hence the name. they live in the northern region where it is cold and snowy. i would not suggest you have one as a pet since you are not educated and have no equipment, no license, and do not have an exotic animal sancuary/rehabilitation reserve.

No this is a scam, don't send them any money for any reason whatsoever.
2 :
Oh please. Don't be so gullible. Of course it is a scam.
3 :
Total scam. First of all, have you ever played the Western Union Money transfer Lottery?? The answer is no because it doesn't exist. Secondly, why would someone need $98 to send you $250,000? This is simply a scam.
