How much do you pay

How much do you pay??
I live in cambodia and I take horseback riding lessons here at a french owned place called the Cambodian Equestrian Center. And my mom thinks that it's kinda expensive, but I keep on telling her that we would probably be paying more some place else and that its probably cheap. It's around $160 for a year of membership and 62 a month for four hours of lessons, do you pay more then that???

I would think that is cheap, usually it is around 30 dollars a lesson around here at different stables.
2 :
i dont get the system? in england we just pay £15 or so each lesson.
3 :
WOW, i pay $50 a lesson luckky

So $62.00 covers four hours of lessons making each 1 hour lesson approximately $15.50 - You haven't stated which currency we are talking about (I looked up Cambodian currency and it appears to be the Riel, but I don't really know very much about Cambodia at all and would love to learn), but that price in general is extremely extremely affordable, regardless of whether it is for recreational riding or competitive training. Even with an additional membership fee, that is still extremely affordable in comparison to what I pay in Australia (or would in New Zealand/Canada/US). You asked how much I pay: well a decade ago I knew you could get a lesson for $20.00/hour, but I know after that for more specialised things it started costing at least $50.00/hour (and did that for two hours in a row, gods horses can hurt you financially. Did that little $100/week stint for lessons for a few months, but quickly stopped). There are of course places out there which probably charge over $100+/hour, but then it's becoming specialised. Group lessons are of course more affordable than private ones. I will assume you're trying to convince your mother that in comparison what you pay is small, but regardless, horses are generally a big financial burden (ugh how I know this) - perhaps the riding school that you're with will reduce the fees if you help out around with cleaning duties and the like. It's worth a try and if it succeeds then you will have even *more* affordable lessons! I have a question for you: What is Cambodia like? Is it beautiful? Do you know if the Arabian horse is available there (from breeders of course)? What types of horses? I'm just genuinely interested. Well enough talking from me, I hope I helped you a little bit and that you continue having fun with horses ^_^.
5 :
That is very reasonable.
6 :
i pay $50 australian for my son an hour tell your mum that it is cheap
7 :
The lessons here at 40$ an hour because you need to pay for the lesson and for the use of the horse. I pay 30$ because I own my own horse.
8 :
you pay $160 a year for membership and about $15 for a one hour lesson? thats way cheap! i pay $50 for a one hour, private jumping lesson with my professional trainer. i moved and where i used to ride it was $30 for a one hour, group lesson (with 5+ riders). PS- i live in the states so i don't know if that matters.
9 :
thats really cheap. I pay $600 a month for lessons twice a week, and thats in Canada
10 :
thats actualy a very good price.
11 :
Yes, that is really cheep!!!!!!!!
12 :
Your so lucky! I pay $55 for 1/2 hour lesson once a week. I wish I could get in the saddle more than once a week but it's too expensive. I'm also here in the states where things are a bit pricer.??

what do I feed baby rabbits

what do I feed baby rabbits?
My rabbit just had four kits yesterday. We live in Cambodia, so there's no store bought rabbit food, and if there is it's very expensive. So I just feed them this grass called Tro-goo'in. It has a lot of leaves on it, and the leaves are what they eat. But I'm not sure what the baby rabbits eat?

1 :
Rabbit kits should only have their mothers milk until they're weaned, at around 7-8 weeks old. The mother should be provided with a ton of hay - hay is better for them than grass! Actual greens should be fed in small amounts, some greens, even if the rabbits eat them, aren't necessarily very good for them! Greens which are, for example, high in sugar or high in calcium can be quite harmful in the long term for adult rabbits. Make sure the mother's diet is at least 80% good quality hay, unlimited hay with unlimited water supply. I've not heard of Tro-goo'in, but I'm in the UK.
2 :
Newborn baby rabbits nurse from their mom once or twice a day. After their eyes open, they'll come out of the nest box and start to nibble on mom's food. Do you have access to hay, like is fed to horses or cows? Your rabbit should have this anyway, for its digestion to work properly. The babies will eat this. Let them continue to nurse from their mother until they're 6-7 weeks old. I have more doe and kit care on my breeding page.
3 :
Do NOT feed them grass. They should be nursing from Mamma until 8 weeks of age, and at that time, PLEASE spay your rabbit, and find good homes for those babies who will ALSO spay/neuter them. ;) I suggest you join http://www.rabbitsonline.net - It's a VERY resourceful forum, free to join, tons of information and friendly, knowledgeable members who will help you and answer your questions.

how to shower without a shower

how to shower without a shower?
So... I'm an abroad student and right now I'm living in Cambodia which is a third world country. Im living in this apartment that doesn't have a shower it only has a sink, soap and a few towers since I'm on a low budget. How can I clean myself or take a shower when I don't have one?

1 :
Sponge bath
2 :
Get a friend with one, ask to use it.
3 :
Get a bucket and fill it with the sink water.
4 :
sponge bath or towel bath. pretty much wet the towel and lather it up with soap and wash your self with that and then wash again with just water.
5 :
You could do a sponge bath, that would be pretty simples.
6 :
Have someone mail you CETAPHIL Cream soap. u can use it with no water and it cleans you up good. just use a wash rag, to apply, and wipe it off.
7 :
take a wash cloth, soap (preferably an anti bacterial soap like Dial if its available to you... stand by the sink, soap up your cloth and wash away...it might be a hassle, but it works and it will get the job done. at the very least you can wash your "strong" parts... arm pits ect...
8 :
I'm sorry, I don't understand "towers" in this context. I assume you use a shared bath, which may or may not be more than a hole in the floor. If so, I'd take a couple of pans of water, one to wet myself down and one to rinse with. Otherwise, you'll just have to wash yourself with a rag at the sink. It takes more time, but you can stay just as clean as with a shower.
9 :
JUST SOAK A TOWEL IS WARM WATER AND WIPE YOURSELF DOWN. THEN ON TOP OF THE WET SKIN USE THE SAME TOWEL WITH SOAP THIS TIME TO DO ANOTHER WIPE DOWN. THE THIRD STEP SHOULD BE THE SAME AS THE FIRST AND REPEATED TWICE TO INSURE THAT YOU HAVE REMOVED ALL OF THE SOAP THOUROLY. i WOULD SAY USE BABYWIPES BUT I DON'T THINK YOU CAN FIND THEM WHERE YOU ARE.
10 :
all you need is a big container like a bucket, fill it with water, get a washing cloth and some soap.first you wet yourself, then you put some soap on the washing cloth and you scrub yourself with the cloth after you done scrubbing rinse yourself. Try using a cup or a small container to pour water on yourself

My mother bathes in the sink. Weird i know because we have a tub and shower. She takes what is called a "Birdie Bath". Take a washcloth or sponge, wet it , lather it and start rubbing it on your body. Then once you complete one section of your body , rinse out your clothe and rinse the soap off that section. Keep repeating this process. She takes her shirt before starting and puts it on the toilet,i guess this makes it more comfortable. Then she takes it all off ofcourse. Your hair is done the same way you would do if you had a tub. Just put it under the spicit. If you can't get it under there do it just like you would you body. May God be with you.
12 :
Run the water in the sink , and take a bird bath , that is how the inmates did it when I worked maximum security in the State prison , they only received showers on Monday , Wednesday , and Friday and with temperatures in the 90's and 100 degree mark in an enclosed building with no air conditioners you can imagine the need for the "bird bath" type of bathing , well , they called it a b*tch bath , said it was the way the whores bathe , but it worked for them .
