What are some interesting indigenous, tribal, or aboriginal groups in Laos or Cambodia?
I have to design a 40 minute lesson plan on a cultural aspect of either Laos or Cambodia, and I would be really interested in doing some kind of tribal or indigenous group (other than the Hmong people). Any information of interest?? If there is some sort of group that's knowledgeable about living off the land, etc that would be of particular interest. Thanks!!!

Dont know about Loas apart form the Hmong but there are Kham an Austronesian speaking group descended from the old Khampa realm in eastern Cambodia. They probably predate the Viet and Khmer.

cambodia flight time

cambodia flight time?
how long will it take to fly over to Cambodia, if your living in Australia?? how long will it take to fly over to Cambodia, if your living in victoria how long will it take to fly over to Cambodia, if your living in victoria but taking the thai airlines. this mean this will be stopping at thailand

Australia is a huge big continent,and does not have a direct airlink with Cambodia.You may either fly with Malaysian,Singapore or Thai Airways. Edit # It is a 9.30 min.non-stop flight from Melbourne to Bangkok by Thai Airways.Departs Melbourne at 23:30 and arrives in Bangkok at 06:00 .There you have a 1 hr 50 min transit then the flight leaves BKK at 7.50 and arrives in Phnom Penh at 9.05 a 1h15min flight. Therefore the total journey time will come to about 12.15 hours.
