I am getting married in Cambodia.Do i have to live in Cam for a time period before we go to the states

I am getting married in Cambodia.Do i have to live in Cam for a time period before we go to the states?
Is the 130 form the best to file to get her into the USA? I work in Iraq so I am trying to figure when we get married if i have to stay there in cam for any amount of time. Also, once she is approved how much time does the Gov offer her to get to the USA before the paperwork expires?

Contact the Cambodian embassy and ask them, but if both of you are in a different country and you want to bring her home with you then you need to contact the American embassy there in Iraq and find out.
