So... I'm an abroad student and right now I'm living in Cambodia which is a third world country. Im living in this apartment that doesn't have a shower it only has a sink, soap and a few towers since I'm on a low budget. How can I clean myself or take a shower when I don't have one?

Get a friend with one, ask to use it.

Get a bucket and fill it with the sink water.

sponge bath or towel bath. pretty much wet the towel and lather it up with soap and wash your self with that and then wash again with just water.

You could do a sponge bath, that would be pretty simples.

Have someone mail you CETAPHIL Cream soap. u can use it with no water and it cleans you up good. just use a wash rag, to apply, and wipe it off.

take a wash cloth, soap (preferably an anti bacterial soap like Dial if its available to you... stand by the sink, soap up your cloth and wash away...it might be a hassle, but it works and it will get the job done. at the very least you can wash your "strong" parts... arm pits ect...

I'm sorry, I don't understand "towers" in this context. I assume you use a shared bath, which may or may not be more than a hole in the floor. If so, I'd take a couple of pans of water, one to wet myself down and one to rinse with. Otherwise, you'll just have to wash yourself with a rag at the sink. It takes more time, but you can stay just as clean as with a shower.

JUST SOAK A TOWEL IS WARM WATER AND WIPE YOURSELF DOWN. THEN ON TOP OF THE WET SKIN USE THE SAME TOWEL WITH SOAP THIS TIME TO DO ANOTHER WIPE DOWN. THE THIRD STEP SHOULD BE THE SAME AS THE FIRST AND REPEATED TWICE TO INSURE THAT YOU HAVE REMOVED ALL OF THE SOAP THOUROLY. i WOULD SAY USE BABYWIPES BUT I DON'T THINK YOU CAN FIND THEM WHERE YOU ARE.

all you need is a big container like a bucket, fill it with water, get a washing cloth and some soap.first you wet yourself, then you put some soap on the washing cloth and you scrub yourself with the cloth after you done scrubbing rinse yourself. Try using a cup or a small container to pour water on yourself

My mother bathes in the sink. Weird i know because we have a tub and shower. She takes what is called a "Birdie Bath". Take a washcloth or sponge, wet it , lather it and start rubbing it on your body. Then once you complete one section of your body , rinse out your clothe and rinse the soap off that section. Keep repeating this process. She takes her shirt before starting and puts it on the toilet,i guess this makes it more comfortable. Then she takes it all off ofcourse. Your hair is done the same way you would do if you had a tub. Just put it under the spicit. If you can't get it under there do it just like you would you body. May God be with you.

Run the water in the sink , and take a bird bath , that is how the inmates did it when I worked maximum security in the State prison , they only received showers on Monday , Wednesday , and Friday and with temperatures in the 90's and 100 degree mark in an enclosed building with no air conditioners you can imagine the need for the "bird bath" type of bathing , well , they called it a b*tch bath , said it was the way the whores bathe , but it worked for them .
