Who ships Laptops to Cambodia

Who ships Laptops to Cambodia?
Is there anywhere on this lousy planet a computer manufacturer / reseller who ships (customized) laptops / notebooks per UPS or DHL or whatever to Cambodia? I have my eye on a HP Pavilion DV7-2170US 17.3-Inch Entertainment Laptop... But where to buy? Not easy if you live in Cambodia!

You can actually customize your laptop at www.hp.com. Also, some other websites that carry that particular laptop are: www.newegg.com www.amazon.com http://www.buydig.com The international shipping varies on these sites. However, I would suggest that you set up a US address with a package forwarding company for your international shipping. I've used a company called Bongo International for a almost a year now- you set up a US postal address on their site, they receive your items from Old Navy and Best Buy, etc. and put it all in one box if needed.(This saves $ on shipping.) Then they ship it overseas to you. You can track on their website the whole way, great website technology. I like this option because then you never have to worry about shipping problems, you can buy online from anywhere and the rates are very fair.
