just take a trip to cambodia and steal it theyll never catch you

The Playstaion 3 is region free which means that you can play a game from any country on a console from any country. Also, you can create Playstation Network accounts the same way. I have a Australian bought PAL Playstation 3 and have made an account as an american user.

listen to me the ps3 is region free if you have hdtv and a hdmi cable only some games are region free if you have sdtv and you only need a voltage converter though ps3's has a universal power supply but just to be careful buy a converter http://www.joystiq.com/2007/05/07/ps3-is-region-free-but-theres-a-hi-def-catch/
