I suggest calling the vietnamese embassy - you might want to look into a cambodian visa too - or at least see if Cambodia require one.

You can get a Vietnam Visa from Vietnamese Embassies in Washington, New York or San Francisco or You can get it via a Vietnam Visa Service. 1 - You go directly to the Vietnamese Embassies and follow their procedures. 2- You apply a visa on http://www.vietnam-visa.com.
